I’ve made a hobby of reverse engineering and tracking app reservation systems. I did it a few weeks ago for the Mailbox App. Here it is for Tempo Smart Calendar. As with the Mailbox graphs, a script automatically hits the reservation API every 5 minutes and the graphs are updated every 15 minutes.
